This policy covers accidental damage including mechanical and electrical breakdown of computers, installation and peripheral equipment.

The policy does not cover mechanical and electrical breakdown if a manufacturer’s service/maintenance contract is not in force.

The sum insured should represent the new replacement value of the computer installation, including the cost of freight, installation and custom dues.

The policy is also subject to an excess and excludes transit.
